Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to foster community growth and engagement across various platforms social media, forums, events, etc.
- Engage with community members, respond to queries, and facilitate meaningful conversations.
- Identify and nurture community champions and influencers.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our community.
- Plan and execute community events, webinars, and other interactive sessions.
- Manage community content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Track, analyze, and report on community growth metrics and engagement rates.
- Use data-driven insights to refine community strategies and improve engagement.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting community growth trends and insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align community growth strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay community feedback and insights.
- Partner with customer support teams to ensure community queries are addressed promptly.
- Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to expand the community.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
