Job Description

  1. We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern.
  2. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while providing administrative support to the Founder/CEO.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  2. Provide support for special projects and events.
  3. Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  4. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  5. Assist in planning and coordinating events, including meetings.
  6. Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 year experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Google Workspace and English proficiency

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team partofateam
