Job Position: Business Development Manager (Retail / SME / Corporate)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Identify and develop new client relationships
  2. Products research and development
  3. Implementation of marketing strategies.
  4. Profit maximization through quality Risk Asset creation – Minimum of N100m monthly
  5. Liability generation/deposit mobilization – Minimum of N100m monthly
  6. Competitor research.
  7. Identifying potential customers and business development
  8. Relationship management
  9. Attend site visits and pre-proposal conferences as necessary in pursuit of business opportunities
  10. Building brand awareness and positioning.
  11. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  12. Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Responsibilities

  1. Experience in marketing and relationship management.
  2. Experience in managing High net worth individuals and corporate organizations
  3. ICT savviness
  4. The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  6. Commercial savviness
  7. Professional and proactive work ethic.
  8. The ability to analyze and research information.
  9. High competence in project and product management.
  10. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  11. Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  12. Excellent attention to detail

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a Commercial Bank or Finance Company
  2. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related discipline from any recognized institution
