Renmoney Microfinance Bank is currently hiring Contact Center (Telesales) Advisors.
Job Title: Contact Centre Advisors (Telesales)
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Professionally make outbound and inbound calls using defined call scripts and keep records of
customer interactions - Make sales to new and existing customers
- Ensure all calls through the IVR are answered within the first 2 rings.
- Deliver excellent service across every engagement channel and in line with defined SLAs,
policies, procedures, and KPI requirements. - Meet performance, KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction ratings/standards
- Ensure all loan transactions are processed in compliance with company rules and policies while
optimizing our core applications - Ensure swift responses to all customer inquiries across all RenMoney touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- University degree or equivalent standard
- 2+ years of experience in sales related field
- Experience with a customer service relationship
