Job Position: Social Media Administrator (NYSC)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are offering a place of primary assignment to an NYSC member as a social media admin.
  2. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable and passionate about social media, trending news and content creation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create engaging content, including text, images and videos.
  2. Monitor and respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly.
  3. Analyse social media metrics and insights to optimise performance and drive results.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, tools and best practices in social media engagement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall editorial strategy.

Job Requirements

  1. Graduate of Marketing / Communications or related field.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  5. Passion for news and trending stories.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of the Nigerian media landscape
  8. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
  9. Proximity to Anthony Village is a plus
