Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive company growth.
  2. Create and manage compelling content across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  3. Optimize digital campaigns to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
  4. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
  5. Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  6. Analyze web traffic and other key metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools to measure marketing campaigns’ effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  7. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and effective coordination.
  9. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  10. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  11. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  12. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance metrics in the CRM system.
  13. Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategies and provide valuable insights to enhance the marketing team’s effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant industries.
  3. Proven work experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various digital platforms and audiences.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
  6. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital marketing projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  9. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing tactical initiatives.
  10. Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
