Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.
- The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing onboarding materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Assist in the performance review process, including distributing and collecting performance evaluation forms.
- Track and document performance metrics and improvement plans.
- Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate staff welfare programs/ activities aimed at enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Help identify training needs and track employee development plans.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and handling correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in an HR role
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
