Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee sales of all facilities within the SRS Collection, rooms, restaurants and Spas.
  2. Resolve issues regarding sales within the SRS collection.
  3. Chase new leads and develop bookings.
  4. Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
  5. Managing corporate partnerships – Travel agents, concierge service providers and travel guests.
  6. Developing and marketing a catalogue of all sales packages.
  7. Identifying promising prospects through cold calling and customer referrals.
  8. Conduct sales Visits and close deals.

Report:

  1. Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reports on sales and business promos.
  2. Maintain up-to-date reservations and sales reports.
  3. Prepare reports by collecting sales reports and statistics.
  4. Report sales results and productivity.
  5. Analyze the sales matrix to determine whether the current sales strategy is effective.

Innovation:

  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, and pricing as market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests. Identifying new market and business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Management position.
  • Deep knowledge of the hospitality and luxury industry
  • Relevant equivalent professional experience with an excellent command of English both verbal and written required.
  • Experience working with high net-worth individuals.
  • Proven experience in event management and track record of meeting and exceeding sales.
  • Works well within a team but can work autonomously towards given deadlines.
  • Ability to handle a high-pressure and fast-moving working environment.
