Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs
- Assess training needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work in various environments, including office settings and warehouse floors.
- Competency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
