Job Position: Head of HR and Admin
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The role holder will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative operations and aligning them with organisational objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading HR & Administrative initiatives in alignment with the overall organisational objectives.
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, and hire top talents to meet manpower needs.
- Coordinating onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly
- Driving performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Developing and implementing career development and succession planning systems.
- Handling complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on policy and legal compliance
- Providing overall guidance, leadership and support and strategic direction in the execution of all HR & administrative functions and activities
- Ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Relevant professional certifications e.g. CIPM, SHRM
- Experience in the education sector is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
