Job Description

  1. We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive for a branding and gift items organization.
  2. The Marketing Executive, will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and driving sales growth.
  3. The Individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute marketing plans, promotional programs, and product concepts that captivate our audience and drive business results.

Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive position includes the following key responsibilities:

  1. Identifying and targeting potential clients for the Organization
  2. Collaborate on marketing plans, strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  3. Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends, brand awareness, and competition.
  4. Designing and executing social media and online activities, including creative copywriting and content strategy.
  5. Developing and implementing efficient marketing strategies that drive results.
  6. Utilizing CRM databases for marketing campaigns, reporting, and customer retention.
  7. Continuously seeking new revenue opportunities to drive business growth
  8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  9. Presenting and demonstrating product features to highlight value and benefits.
  10. Developing tailored solutions to address the specific needs of clients.
  11. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  12. Meeting or exceeding established sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Solid understanding of core marketing areas, including content marketing, copywriting, multi-media marketing, and more.
  3. Proven track record of marketing experience in a corporate gift and branding organization will be an added advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM and sales software.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
