Job Description

  2. We’re looking to add a talented Product Designer to our design team to accelerate our mission and increase our efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design Strategy & Vision: Understand the broader business strategy to create intuitive and efficient user experiences for our suite of products.
  2. User-Centered Design: Develop and refine user personas, conduct user research, and translate findings into stunning visual designs.
  3. Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for Zap Exchange and other upcoming projects.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life, ensuring design vision is realized in the final product.
  5. Design Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive design language and UI/UX guidelines across all Zap products.
  6. Marketing Content Deliverables:
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling visuals for ad campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
  8. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, from web banners to email templates and digital brochures.
  9. Translate complex technical concepts into visually engaging infographics and illustrations for broader audience comprehension.
  10. Feedback & Iteration: Regularly review and iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business goals.
  11. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and tools in the design and tech industry, ensuring Zap remains at the cutting edge of design innovation.

Job Requirements
What we seek:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years solid experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing your skills and design thinking.
  • Proficient with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, UX trends, and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing for blockchain and AI platforms is a plus.
