Job Position: Customer Relationship Manager (Corps Member)
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Description
- The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client inquiries, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and addressing any customer concerns.
- The CRM will also be involved in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the production team, inventory manager and architects to ensure seamless delivery.
- Address issues to prevent escalations.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales within existing customers and pursue them.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
- Convert leads into active clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or relationship management roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 / month.
