Job Position: Full Stack Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs
- Work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL
- Implement and adhere to best practices in software development, including agile methodologies
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP
- Experience with database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
