Job Position: Brand, Content and Creative Design Lead

Job Description

  • As the Brand, Content and Creative Design Lead, your job responsibilities include the following:

Brand Strategy and Creative Direction:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Zone’s vision and values
  2. Provide creative direction for all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency across digital and physical platforms
  3. Lead the evolution of Zone’s visual identity and brand guidelines

Design Leadership:

  1. Oversee the creation of all design deliverables, including marketing materials, website design, app interfaces, and internal communications
  2. Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs

Video Production:

  1. Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and corporate communications
  2. Oversee the entire video production process, from story boarding to final delivery

Graphics Design:

  1. Create visually stunning graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials
  2. Ensure all graphic designs align with Zone’s brand identity and marketing objectives

Content Strategy:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that effectively communicate Zone’s value proposition
  2. Oversee the creation of visual content that supports SEO, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives

Digital Marketing and UX:

  1. Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize user experience across all digital touchpoints
  2. Contribute to the development of 360-degree digital strategies, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of design and brand initiatives
  2. Provide data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies and optimize ROI
