Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or financial services sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies for fintech products/services.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  3. Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  4. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  6. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align strategies.
  7. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations in sales processes.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in fintech or financial services.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends.
  5. Experience in team leadership and management.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
