Job Position: Marketing Lead
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Hunt and close business at all revenue levels.
- Provide input on digital marketing strategies.
- Identify and research new and existing market opportunities.
- Manage the digital marketing budget.
- Track and evaluate business development efforts.
- Drive revenue and profit growth.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Research competitors and suggest improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop and manage marketing programs and partner integration.
- Generate content for publicity.
- Analyze and negotiate local advertising opportunities.
- Develop innovative communication techniques with clients.
- Manage CRM marketing activities and e-marketing programs.
- Create promotional marketing materials.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Marketing or related field; additional qualifications are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a fintech company or related field.
- Proven track record of success in similar roles at fintechs or financial institutions.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with strategic thinking and creativity.
- Adaptable to changing markets with strong sales closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of the financial services industry.
