Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company’s goals.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 6years of experience in an HR role.
- HR certifications such as CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) or SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Salary: N100,000 – N250,000 Monthly (depending on experience)
