Job Position: Sales Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Assist in closing sales to drive revenue generation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Degree
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in property management is a key requirement.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly plus commissions.
