Job Position: Market and Business Trends Assistant
Job Locations: Mubi North and South – Adamawa
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for micro-business development.
- Assess the skills and interests of adolescent girls and women exiting armed groups.
- Provide training and support for micro-business development, focusing on gardening and fish produce.
- Organize market linkage exhibitions to connect producers with potential buyers.
- Facilitate connections between buyers and the target group.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of micro businesses.
- Provide regular progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in micro-business development, market research, or related field.
- Strong understanding of market trends and micro business development principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work with vulnerable populations, particularly adolescent girls and women.
- Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Mubi.
