Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and strategic Content Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to create and execute effective content marketing strategies.
  • You will be responsible for developing and managing content that supports our marketing goals, oversees communications, and enhances Earnipay’s brand visibility and reputation.

Job Responsibilities
Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business objectives.
  • Create high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy etc.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct content audits to assess the effectiveness of existing content and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content creation and strategy.

Content Creation:

  • Write clear, persuasive, and engaging content that aligns with Earnipay’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate content ideas and develop a content calendar.
  • Create compelling and visually cohesive assets for landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital content.
  • Work with designers and video producers to create visually appealing and compelling content that enhances the user experience.

Communications Management:

  • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and company announcements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure coverage and enhance Earnipay’s brand visibility.
  • Coordinate and manage communication efforts during crises or significant events to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Develop key messaging frameworks and guidelines to support brand communications.

Editing and Proofreading:

  • Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple content and communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed for content production and distribution.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Use insights from research to inform content creation and communication strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets strategic goals.
  • Provide creative input and content expertise in brainstorming sessions and project planning meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment in overall marketing strategies and content distribution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven work experience in content marketing, communications, or a related role.

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.

Creative Skills:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative content strategies.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
