Job Description
- As the Product Marketing Lead at Wazobia Technologies, you will be responsible for crafting and executing go-to-market strategies for Hivedeck and other innovative products, driving demand and adoption.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling product narratives, position the product effectively, and turn it into cohesive solutions that are understood by merchants, developers, and partners.
- This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can translate technical concepts into impactful marketing messages.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product marketing with a technical product, and a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, impactful narratives.
- This person will be a creative, collaborative leader who brings energy and insight to deliver high-impact marketing strategies and narratives that deliver measurable results to the business.

- This is a lead-level Individual Contributor (IC) position, and will not include people management responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand user needs, the product roadmap, and market trends across the holistic Hivedeck platform. Work collaboratively with cross-functional with the team and develop cohesive narratives around features that work seamlessly together.
- Develop the product narrative and positioning that differentiates Hivedeck’s product strategy, products, and features, and build the solution narratives
- Closely collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams to establish distinct audience segments, shape our strategic narrative, craft messaging, launch products, and enhance awareness and engagement with users, developers, partners, and merchants.
- Take ownership of creating successful campaigns for the Hivedeck product, features, and updates, actively collaborating with product teams to drive successful product launches, from go-to-market planning and execution, to driving ongoing product adoption.
- Collaborate with international teams to understand country-specific needs, feedback, and trends to inform positioning, messaging, and go to market approach
- Produce compelling storytelling content for Merchant and Developer audiences, such as case studies, webinars, and blog posts, showcasing success stories, while highlighting the impact of our products
- Partner with marketing channel owners to implement campaigns that enhance engagement and awareness within the merchant, developer, partner, and user communities
- Conduct research on target audiences, including their needs, motivations, market trends, and competitive offerings, to inform segmentation, narrative development, and go-to-market strategy
- Understand User Needs and Market Trends: Deeply understand user needs, the product roadmap, and market trends within the Hivedeck platform. Collaborate across teams to create unified narratives that seamlessly integrate various product features.
- Develop Compelling Product Narratives: Craft and refine the product narrative and positioning that distinguish Hivedeck’s strategy, products, and features. Build compelling solution stories that resonate with target and diverse audiences, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Content, UX, and Engineering teams to identify audience segments, shape strategic narratives, craft messaging, and successfully launch products. Drive engagement with users, developers, partners, and merchants.
- Lead Product Launches: Take charge of campaign creation for Hivedeck’s products and features. Collaborate with product teams to ensure successful launches, from planning to execution, and drive ongoing product adoption.
- Global Collaboration: Work with international teams to adapt messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to meet specific country needs and trends.
- Create Impactful Content: Produce engaging content for merchants and developers, such as case studies, webinars, and blog posts. Highlight success stories and the impact of Hivedeck’s products for various marketing channels, including web, social media, and blogs, to drive product awareness.
- Engage with Communities: Partner with marketing channels to launch campaigns that boost engagement and awareness within the merchant, developer, partner, and user communities.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform research to understand target audiences, their needs, motivations, market trends, and competitive offerings. Use this data to inform segmentation, narrative development, and go-to-market strategies. Perform research to inform product positioning and messaging, shaping the product’s market presence.
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive strategies to introduce Hivedeck to the market effectively.
- Drive Product Adoption: Lead targeted campaigns and build strategic partnerships to increase Hivedeck’s market adoption.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a B2B, product-led SaaS organization.
- Experience with developer and merchant audiences, with the ability to connect with their needs and motivations.
- Excellence in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, data analysis, and go-to-market strategy.
- Proven success in developing customer and developer-facing messaging and leading successful product launches.
- Ability to create strong partnerships with product, marketing, developers, and commercial teams.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Understanding of how to adapt product narratives and messaging for multiple regions globally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a self-starting attitude, with a willingness to ask questions and bring clarity to the team.
- Ability to thrive in chaotic environments and make decisions quickly.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing for technology companies, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
