Job Description

  • We are looking for a Management Trainee who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to learn and grow in their role, as well as developing their skills in various areas of the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes.
  • Provide support to management and other team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • National Diploma in business administration, management, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationship.
  • Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a range of tasks.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
