Job Position: OFS Sales Manager
Job Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for Oilfield Services (OFS) products and solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the oil and gas industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales management within the Oilfield Services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in oil & gas or energy sector
- Experience in Tender management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of OFS products and the oil and gas market.
