Job Position: Sales Development Representative

Job Location: Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo

Job Description

  • As Land Republic Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll work closely with the Sales Team to meet monthly goals. In this role, you willbe responsible for driving result-oriented sales strategies, cold-calling, networking and closing deals.
  • You will be responsible for directing clients through the real estate sales process, from property identification to closure of the deal.
  • Your ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, understand latest real estate market trends, and provide expert advice to clients will be essential to your success in this role.
  • The SDR team plays a critically important role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing and qualifying leads into opportunities, driving demand, and filling the early stages of our sales pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Present our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate Land Republic assets.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
  • Report to the Senior Sales Executive on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Job Requirements
What you need to succeed:

  • Write and communicate well across a variety of channels: written, phone, in-person, & online
  • 0-3 years of outbound prospecting, sales, or business development experience
  • Understanding of complex, enterprise sales cycles and solution selling tactics
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to translate business ideas into technical solutions
  • Creative mindset that can identify solutions and adapt quickly to change
  • Has a good understanding of cross-functional business relationships, with the ability to relate to and communicate at the senior management and executive level
  • Demonstrate a combination of being both organized and flexible
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
