Synergy Guards Nigeria Limited is a subsidiary of Synergy Guards UK Limited an established Integrated Security Services Solution company based in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. We provide trained and licensed security personnel to Governments, Educational Institutions, and leading businesses.
- Job Position: Resourcing and Training Officer
- Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
Resourcing:
- Searches and recruits candidates for a vacancy in the company
- Vetting of guarantors’ form
- Coordinates deployment & posting
- Obtains vacancy information from all departments
- Prepares and updates internal vacancy schedule for the organization.
- Performs any other duties as may be delegated from time to time.
Training:
- Develops plans, organizes, and facilitates training to meet the training needs of the Guarding Department.
- Prepares trainee guards orientation schedule and training manuals.
- Ensures that Guards documentations are properly filled out. E.g Employment Forms, Guarantors Forms, Bank Forms etc.
- Ensures a high-level drilling exercise for guards.
- Maintains training records
- Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Coordinates all resourcing needs of the guard force.
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience, and role.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree / OND qualification with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
- The applicant must be a male.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
