Job Position: Social Media Representative

Job Location: Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  • Social media representatives answer queries from customers and prospective customers.
  • Social media representatives also perform customer service duties.
  • They respond to customer inquiries, queries, and complaints.
  • They respond to customer requests for information about products, services, or orders.

Job Requirements

  • A BSc / HND in Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a social media representative, or a similar role.
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+
  • Solid customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N70,000 plus commission.
