Job Description
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Developing engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, for social media platforms.
- Community Management: Building and maintaining a strong online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Platform Management: Managing and optimizing the company’s presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Analytics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Paid Advertising: Managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
- Influencer Marketing: Collaborating with influencers to promote the brand and reach a targeted audience.
- Crisis Management: Responding to negative feedback or online crises in a timely and appropriate manner.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
