Job Position: Digital Ad Operations Specialist
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating and promoting the implementation of advertising strategies for platforms such as Google and Facebook, and responsible for the quantity and quality of user growth;
- Ensure timely execution of all tasks related to ad operations, including trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns
- Track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance
- Manage and coordinate campaign functions by ensuring line items are distributed across all platforms effectively
- Document, update, and maintain ad ops policies, performance, and procedures
- Implement ad ops tools to address workflow inefficiencies, improve testing, maintain inventories, and automate ad scheduling
- Identify advertising opportunities and revenue models to control ad spend by observing emerging trends and competitive analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, or similar fields
- 2+ years’ experience in ad publishing and campaign management
- Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in using ad ops management tools
- Solid understanding of digital ad on Google and Meta
- Strong communication skills in cross-department and cross-border.
