Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Charge: Drive the development and execution of unconventional, high-impact marketing strategies that defy the status quo and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Innovate Boldly: Create and implement guerilla marketing campaigns that are as daring as they are effective, leveraging the unexpected to make a lasting impression.
  • Disrupt the Market: Use your deep understanding of the fintech landscape to craft messages that cut through the noise and position Carbon as the leading choice for consumers and SMEs alike.
  • Engage the Unengaged: Develop content and campaigns that capture the attention of even the most disengaged audiences, turning skeptics into loyal fans.
  • Collaborate with Creatives: Work hand-in-hand with our design, product, and customer experience teams to ensure that every campaign is a true reflection of our brand’s rebellious spirit.
  • Measure the Mayhem: Track and analyze the impact of your campaigns with a focus on the metrics that matter—engagement, reach, conversion, and brand loyalty. Adjust strategies as needed to ensure we’re always one step ahead.
  • Champion Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance Carbon’s brand identity, ensuring that our voice, visuals, and messaging consistently reflect our innovative and rebellious nature.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing Maverick: You’re not just a marketer; you’re a trailblazer who’s unafraid to challenge the norms and experiment with new, unconventional ideas.
  • Guerrilla Marketer: You have a knack for creating high-impact, low-cost campaigns that break through the noise. You know how to get people talking with ideas that are as wild as they are effective.
  • Fintech Familiar: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fintech or a similarly fast-paced, innovative industry. You understand the landscape and know how to navigate it creatively.
  • Results-Driven: You’re focused on outcomes, not just activity. You know how to measure success and aren’t afraid to pivot when something isn’t working.
  • Digital Dynamo: You’re fluent in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of social media, content marketing, SEO, and analytics. You know how to leverage these tools to amplify your impact.
  • Team Collaborator: You’re great at working with others but can also run with an idea independently. You know how to bring different perspectives together to create something extraordinary.
  • Analytical Thinker: You’re data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and optimize campaigns.
