Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Akobo, Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote products.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and ensure smooth order fulfillment, including processing transactions and managing inventory.
  • Update sales reports, track daily sales progress, and report on sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional products or upgrades to current customers.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, features, and any changes to existing products to effectively sell to customers.
  • Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the supply chain team for timely replenishments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND Minimum
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency Computer Usage

Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
