Job Description

  • We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our Client’s team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of bathroom and sanitary wares, lighting solutions, or related products. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a focus on achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including client visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets by promoting our range of bathroom and sanitary wares, lighting solutions, and related products.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to potential clients.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, offering feedback and ideas to improve overall performance.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Track and report on sales activities, leads, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in bathroom, sanitary wares, lighting, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
