Job Description
- The Growth Manager will drive sales by onboarding a diverse group of realtors to sell company properties.
- The ideal candidate must be familiar with the real estate industry, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to persuade and retain realtors.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard and retain realtors.
- Build and manage a network of realtors and professionals within the real estate sector.
- Lead sales initiatives to drive business growth and increase property sales.
- Persuade, teach, and retain realtors to effectively meet business goals.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively to foster strong relationships with realtors.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth management (preferably in real estate).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute business-aligned strategies.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly (HMO, Leave Allowance, Pension after probation) .
