Job Description
- This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter.
- As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill job openings for our clients across various industries. As part of this role, you will work closely with our team to understand client requirements and find the right candidates for the job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Experience in BPO and international hiring
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
