Job Position: Digital Banking Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Monitor competition and keep abreast of the channel service developments.
- Design and implement strategies to drive revenue on all channels.
- Support the implementation of new projects and change requests related to digital banking services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective campaigns and improve existing services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the bank’s digital banking products, including partnerships.
- Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy that supports the bank’s growth targets.
- Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, using data to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
- Develop operating procedures for digital banking operations.
- Monitor, report on key metrics and performance indicators for customer acquisition initiatives, and use data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Limit and reduce risk exposures by monitoring digital transactions and customer activities for potential fraud or security breaches.
- Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers to enable improved service levels and deliverables.
- Compliance, awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, requirements related to data protection, AML, electronic payments etc.
- Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development to all employees.
- Carry out any other task as required by the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital banking in a reputable financial institution.
- Certification in Digital Banking, Cybersecurity would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Core banking software and digital banking platform.
- Excellent IT & Data Analysis Skills.
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations.
- A team player, customer-centric and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
