Job Description

  • We’re seeking a results-driven property management sales specialist to join our team! Your mission will be to acquire new customers for our property listing and management services, driving business growth and revenue increase. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to continuously improve sales approaches

Job Requirements

  1. Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the property or real estate industry
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  3. Strong networking and lead generation abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
