Job Position: Customer Service Intern

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Customer Service Intern assists in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and gathering feedback to improve service quality while supporting the customer service team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and chat, providing information about products with a focus on generating revenue.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with order placements, upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through cold calling, telesales, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate.
  • Ability to close sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency; familiarity with Excel and CRM software such as HubSpot
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and policies.
