Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Emtill Solutions Nigeria Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process customer orders and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate potential customer issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency Microsoft Office
- Must have completed their NYSC.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
