Job Description
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Real Estate Sales Manager in the Real Estate Sector to help us expand our clientele.
- You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market share and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry leaders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Create and present compelling business proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals and opportunities.
- Set and achieve growth targets for the company.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance in all business development activities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in business development strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or related role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in multiple facets of real estate (e.g., residential, commercial, property management).
- Established network within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis.
Salary & Benefits
N150,000 monthly, commission, and other benefit.
