Job Description

  • The successful candidate will not only manage HR operations but also contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell HR services to clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and a keen business sense.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, benefits, and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell HR services to clients, and collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and deliver HR-related training programs for clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
  • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business development skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive growth
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Professional certification in HR is an added advantage
  • Business development experience or a proven track record of upselling/cross-selling HR services.
