Job Description

  • The Project Analyst will support project managers and stakeholders in delivering strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective use of resources.
  • This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Job Responsibilities
Project Support:

  • Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plans.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
  • Communicate project information to stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

  • Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative methodologies.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and recommend project management best practices

Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure project compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain project documentation.
