Job Description

  • Bulqsoft is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of our entire sales strategy.
  • You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, acquiring new clients, and developing long-term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, etc.) to align sales goals with company objectives.
  • Track and report on sales performance, using data to optimize the strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a growing sales team.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the software development or IT services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).

Other Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the software industry, specifically custom software solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
