Job Position: Sales Representatives (Male and Female)

Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable sanitary products.
  • Actively reach out to prospective customers through various sales channels, including phone calls, in-person meetings, and online platforms.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products, pricing, delivery options, and after-sales services.
  • Pursue and achieve individual and team sales targets within the given time frame.
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and manage team members at our branch location
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and training to your sales team
  • Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide feedback to team members
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for fulfilling customer orders
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary or related industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a driven personality
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Must live within Onitsha axis.

Salary
N80,000 plus other Benefits.
