Job Description
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting company products in a designated territory.
- This role requires the ability to develop strong relationships with customers, ensure product availability, and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate sales.
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Maximize product distribution and availability across channels such as retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that products are well-displayed and maintain the highest merchandising standards in all outlets.
- Coordinate with store managers and retailers to ensure proper stocking and visibility of products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
