Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the physician’s schedule, organising appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  • Liaise with patients and other healthcare   providers.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must reside within Egbeda/Ipaja axis.
