Job Position: Senior Backend Engineer

Job Description
- We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, leading teams, and deploying complex web applications.
- This role requires proficiency in Node.js (Express), Python (Flask), and C# with a deep understanding of best practices in backend architecture.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend systems and services.
- Lead and mentor backend development teams.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
- Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Implement test-driven development and ensure robust code quality.
- Utilize Docker, containerization, and microservices architecture.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and message queue systems.
- Collaborate with the team on Git workflows and cloud platforms (AWS).
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of backend development experience.
- Proficient in Node.js, Python, C#, and .NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of databases, testing frameworks, and design patterns.
- Familiar with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Salary
N700,000 – N800,000 / Month.
