Job Position: Human Resource Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Generalist to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, and compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Reports to: HR Manager/Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies
  • Administer benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)
  • Conduct new hire orientations and employee training sessions
  • Facilitate performance management and evaluation processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights for strategic planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in HR software and systems (Workday, ADP, etc.)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with training and development programs
  • Knowledge of performance management software
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
