Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and help development teams deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- The role involves leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and promoting collaboration within the team.
- The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coaching teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Strong Knowledge of Scrum Agile frameworks.
- Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Certification (CSM or PSM) is an added advantage.
