Job Description

  • As a Fashion Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships for our brand. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products effectively, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand’s unique selling points.
  • Accurately communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Assist in creating visually appealing and organized displays.
  • Ensure products are properly stocked and presented.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Adhere to store policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good photography and editing skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
