Job Position: Business Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Our client is looking to hire a skilled Business Manager to supervise and lead the company’s operations.
- She will be responsible for leading marketing, sales, administration, operations; managing supplier and customer relationships (this includes negotiating contracts, receiving orders, and ensuring the prompt processing of same).
- Gender: Preferably female.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met through sales
- Organize and attend exhibitions / Pop ups.
- Train clients on company’s products and answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
- Maintain clients and customers records on software and communication tools.
- Understand and promote company products.
- Prepare invoices for clients, stockists and Riza branches
- Restock shelves, filling bottles and organizing products for display
- Create monthly blog post for the website and mail to customers. Also develop content for weekly tips for WhatsApp, daily tweets and Tik Tok posts.
- Supervise the activities of the Retail Consultant
- Make sure the company has sufficient resources, such as raw materials
- Other ad-hoc duties including visiting market to purchase raw materials
- Prepare and submit orders for purchase.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study
- 2 – 4 years of experience in the Marketing or customer service industry would be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work comfortably on weekends in a fast paced environment
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva and Quick books
- Knowledge of Canva and social media marketing applications like Instagram and Facebook would be advantageous
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
Salary
N140,000 Monthly (comprising N120,000 salary and N20,000 transportation allowance).
